CeilDex Print ceilings and walls

CeilDex Print printed stretch ceiling SKY

Almost any! It can be an abstract pattern or colored stains, flowers, a clear summer sky, imitation tree crowns, sea water, patterns, copies of the famous ceiling frescoes, butterflies, imitation glass dome - you can't lists all the possibilities. You can use the image from your own archives - for example, a photo or an image in electronic form, but you need to know that the image must comply with a number of technical parameters and have a very large resolution.

In addition to beauty, CeilDex Print ceiling has a lot of practical advantages. It requires almost no maintenance, except that from time to time it should be cleaned with a dry or damp cloth. However, this is rarely required - CeilDex stretch ceilings do not attract dust. There is no need to fear that in a few years the ceiling will sag, crack or dull - this does not happen. Fungus and mold are also not a problem to stretch ceilings. In addition, the stretch ceiling allows you to hide all communications - for example, wires and pipes, as well as any irregularities of the ceiling itself. Modern printing technologies make it possible to apply very high quality drawing on seamless canvas up to 5 meters wide. Special ink is used to create CeilDex Print ceilings. They are environmentally friendly and do not emit substances harmful to the body, they do not smell, do not fade even in direct sunlight and are not afraid of moisture. These properties allow you to install CeilDex Print ceilings in any room, be it a living room, bathroom or kitchen.

Printed Ceilings & Walls: Project Specification

Printed stretch surfaces bring artwork, patterns and brand graphics into ceiling and wall designs. They can be coordinated with architectural lighting when a suitable translucent material and print configuration are selected.

Material & Lighting Selection

Choose the membrane for the intended appearance, dimensions and lighting conditions. Material width, surface finish, light transmission and any required welds depend on the selected product. Vecta Design offers a range of material options; a single technical value does not describe the entire range.

For illuminated prints, evaluate the image, ink coverage, membrane and LED layout together. Backlighting changes the perceived color and contrast, so a representative sample is recommended before final production.

Artwork Preparation

Provide the original image or vector artwork, finished dimensions, orientation and any important crop areas. The required image resolution depends on the final size and viewing distance. We review the artwork for the proposed format before confirming production.

Use artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. Approve the final crop, layout and any agreed color proof before printing.

Fire Classification & Component Documentation

Vecta Design displays UL Classified and ULC Listed marks in its material catalogue. The applicable fire classification is confirmed for the specified membrane and print configuration.

For illuminated projects, we typically use MEAN WELL HLG LED drivers selected for the required power, output and controls. Applicable UL approvals are checked for the specified driver model. Material classifications and electrical component approvals are documented separately in the project specification.

Installation, Care & Warranty

Coordinate the perimeter profiles, mounting surface, adjacent finishes, lighting equipment and service access before installation. Installation method and schedule depend on the selected material, project size and site conditions.

Follow the selected membrane and print manufacturer's cleaning instructions. Warranty terms for materials, printing, electrical equipment and installation are confirmed in the project proposal.
