Ready-made big-size light fixture

A ready-made big-size light fixture is a pre-fabricated, self-contained lighting module that uses a stretch ceiling membrane integrated with a backlit lighting system. These fixtures are fully equipped, tested, and delivered as a kit unit — ready to assemble for installation.

They are ideal for creating large-scale luminous surfaces in offices, commercial interiors, retail stores, showrooms, hospitals, and high-end residential projects.

Key Features:

  • Pre-assembled structure with integrated LED backlighting

  • Even light diffusion through a translucent stretch membrane

  • Available in custom shapes and sizes (rectangular, round, oval, irregular)

  • Lightweight frame (usually aluminum) for easy mounting

  • Dimmable, tunable white, or RGBW lighting options

  • Can be surface-mounted or suspended

Benefits:

  • Speeds up installation — no onsite assembly required

  • Provides a clean, uniform light surface with no visible seams

  • Can be used as a design centerpiece or general ambient lighting

CeilDex ready-made big-size light fixtures are pre-fabricated luminous ceiling modules designed for fast installation and high-performance lighting.

Built with durable PVC or textile stretch membrane and a lightweight aluminum frame, each unit integrates LED backlighting for uniform illumination across large areas.

Available in custom shapes such as rectangles, circles, ovals, and free-form organic designs, these fixtures offer design flexibility for offices, showrooms, lobbies, and residential spaces.

Typical panel sizes range up to 10 feet by 20 feet, with membrane thickness of 0.2–0.3 mm, and up to 75% light transmittance.

CeilDex modules support dimmable white or RGBW lighting, can be surface-mounted or suspended, and comply with fire safety (Class A / B-s1, d0) and moisture resistance standards, making them ideal for both dry and humid environments.
